Order processing

Orders are processed subject to payment approval, stock availability and any required fraud or address checks. Processing time can vary by product and fulfilment location.

Discreet packaging

We use discreet outer packaging wherever operationally possible. The exterior should not unnecessarily identify the nature of the products inside.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout or in order communications are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier conditions, weather, peak periods and address issues can cause delays.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details are sent after the order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order details so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner.
