Bump: As daunting as it might sound to be photographed whilst you are feeling the way you do when pregnant, you must remember that this is not how others see you - especially those loved ones close to you and in deed it wont be the way you see yourself either when you look back on the portraits taken.
Maternity photography really made the big time when Demi Moore decided to go naked 7 months pregnant on the front cover of Vanity Fair. Since then many others have followed suit. It broke down a lot of barriers about the beauty of womanhood, expectant and full of anticipation, her body absolutely radiant as the blood flow is increased as one become two. Of course we aren't all Demi Moore which is why we use the most flattering of light sources and provide a selection of voiles for both modesty and further softening of the features as you feel fit.
Birth: This covers a full on-call photographer to cover the birth itself in a reportage style. Whilst you will be there all the way through the process the birth itself can be somewhat distracting and in the end your memories are based on feelings and a lot of pain or drugs and not on what you saw (the ceiling of the labour suite, the ashen face of your partner). Typically but not exclusively we will already have built rapport with the maternity shots, but if this wasn't so then spending time with you and your partner, in advance understanding the birthing process you have elected and even talking with your midwife or healthcare professional is all included in the fees
Homecoming: A portrait session of the new baby and his or her family after arriving home. Carried out in the relaxed surroundings of your own home. No need to rush around in the morning, No need to pack a multitude of baby outfits in case the inevitable happens, We bring our studio to you.
Portrait Fees:
We charge a £45 booking fee for all our portrait sessions, this is then credited against any photographic product ordered.
Weddings: Our experience has now led us into the field of wedding photography by request from a number of previous client and referrals. As such we are actively seeking further engagements in this area and are willing to be considerably generous with our time and fees to build upon this portfolio. We will strive to differentiate ourselves on both quality and value but our biggest differentiator will always be the level of personal service and enhancements to our offerings that will enable us to deliver a superior level of customer satisfaction and whilst we are looking to build this portfolio offering your satisfaction is our reputation - so we need you happy !
